Hey folks,

I hope all is well in your neck of the woods! I’ve been loving the amazing chatter and support in the Photography for Life Community. Thank you for making this space one of the best places on the internet.

I have some exciting news: I’m opening up a limited number of one-on-one coaching sessions. These take place over Zoom (or in person if you’re near Canmore) and can cover anything photography-related… from camera setup… to troubleshooting focus issues… to reviewing recent photo sessions.

If this sounds helpful, you can sign up and schedule time with me here.

Ps. If you have paid for the Photography for Life Community Group and not yet joined the skool group you can either join in here or request admission by replying to this email. We would love to have you in the group.

There’s LOTS of really great stuff happening there. If you're looking for a positive, inspiring, and supportive group of photographers, this is it. It’s full of people who are passionate about improving their craft, but don't take themselves too seriously. It's one of the best places on the internet.

In addition to everyday chatter and photo sharing, this month we have two live critique sessions. During these sessions, we review students’ work and discuss ways the photos could have been made better. Critiques are one of the most valuable ways to become a better photographer, even if it is not your work being critiqued.

This month’s sessions are on February 10th and February 24th and feature special guest critiquers. Last month it was the formidable Tyler Wirken, and this month it is Anna Kuperberg. If you can't make a session live, you can watch the recordings. We have the full archive of past critiques in there, under the classroom tab.

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Looking forward to supporting you on your photography journey in whatever way works best for you.

Happy learning,

Erika
